It is not intended to be legal advice and should be used as a general guide only. Printed copies of the Bulletin are distributed with the National Library publication Gateways. (As the Bulletin is bi-annual and Gateways is bi-monthly obviously not all issues of Gateways contain an issue of the Bulletin). An electronic version of the current issue (December 2001) is also available as above in PDF format. The PDF version can be read with an Acrobat Reader (version 4.05 or above). Unfortunately previous issues of the Bulletin (prior to Oct 2000) are not available electronically.
